pSTAKE Finance makes it easy for Institutions to access BTC yields with Bitcoin Staking on Babylon through YBTC (Yield Bitcoin). pSTAKE staked Bitcoin (YBTC) represents Bitcoin staked on Babylon through pSTAKE. YBTC is an ERC-20 token native on the Ethereum chain. YBTC is minted when BTC is deposited and burned after BTC is unstaked. YBTC is interoperable to EVM-comptaible chains, Ethereum L2s, and Bitcoin L2s through LayerZero. YBTC is yield-bearing in nature and 1:1 backed by BTC. YBTC holders receive staking rewards generated by securing chains on Babylon’s Bitcoin Staking protocol. Additionally, YBTC can be used in the BTCfi Ecosystem to generate yields from DeFi protocols focused on Restaking, Yield Farming, and more.
